Invesco occupied 3,720m2 commercial office space in George’s Quay in mid 2001. The brief consisted mainly of open plan office space, supplemented by meeting rooms and individual offices.

These pods contain filing, photocopying, printers, coat racks and several tea stations. Other aspects of the brief included a lunch room, a training suite and a large executive reception area and high specification boardroom. Free standing service pods clad with cherry panels and stainless steel were strategically placed throughout the floor plates.
