In January 2006 DMOD & Michael McNamara Construction won a Dublin City Council design competition to develop this 8,800 sqm site in north Dublin. The PPP scheme comprises civic centre, an office/ retail block within a conservation portico and 200 apartment units, with a large proportion catering for family sized units. Part of the scheme also calls for the conversion of existing Convent Building into live-work apartments.

Basement carparking allows the creation of extensive landscaped areas including a public square fronted by the civic building. The development introduces urban regeneration within the urban fabric, punctuated by pockets of courtyards, sky terraces & roof gardens to allow the penetration of light and greenery into the built environment.
