Sandyford

Completed in April 2002 at a cost of €6.5 million, Heather House is a five storey building with basement car-park, containing 3,500m2 of office accommodation. The building is designed for maximum flexibility and can be subdivided into ten separate occupancies.

The open plan office areas address the street through a facade of frameless curtain walling, which is flanked by a tower element, clad in portuguese limestone, containing the double height entrance area. Car parking is hidden in a basement floor to allow for hard and soft landscaping around the building.
