DMOD were commissioned as design team leaders to design & deliver a 2 storey 5,200sq.m project which provided a 2500sq.m extension to the production space and a similar area on first floor for administration offices, canteen, changing areas and other support spaces.
The ISO validated production spaces required a very high level of services design, co-ordination and delivery. The selected design was arrived at with our clients following a significant front-end study and costing of options. To maximise potential on a relatively tight suburban site, the selected design incorporated the demolition of the original 1960’s office building but for operational reasons and risk assessment regarding lost production time, needed to be designed around existing High and medium voltage transformers and existing compressed air services
