Following a positive planning decision in October the last remaining vacant site on the Liffey Quays in Dublin’s city centre will be developed by John Paul Construction. DMOD assembled the team that bid for the former Dublin City Council site on Ormond Quay and their bid won on architecture, cost and deliverability. The scheme was lodged for planning permission in May and in spite of the prominence and sensitivity of the site there were no planning objections to DMODs design. The mixed use building contains 4,200 sq.m. of office space aimed at the own-door office market. Construction commenced in 2008 and completed in early 2009.
